Busy Days!

Hello!

It's not you, it's me .. well, of course it's me, this is my blog right?

End of year shenanigans on top of us again and the fun never stops!

What have I been up to?

Headshots
Lots of corporate work, new businesses, start-ups, excited, lovely fresh new shiny people to make
look pretty and help make their new websites shine.

Product Work
As above ( I will have to dedicate a new post to their pretties soon )

Kinder Photogaphy
Wow, what a year!  We've covered most of Melbourne with our good humour,
silly ways, and of course, excellent photos.  More than just kinder shots, we take portraiture
you'd be proud to frame and own.  You should check us out ( Little Big Adventures)

Community Cookbook
In conjunction with Bentleigh West Primary School and Karen Martini, a good chunk
of time was taken up in photographing, and helping on the design/layout for their latest,
and greatest successful fundraiser.  If you're a local or passing through, you really should
pop on into Benn's Books on Centre Rd Bentleigh and grab yourself a copy.

At only $35 for over 250 full colour pages and beautiful recipes, it's bound to be a favourite
under the Christmas tree this year..

Radelaide

Last seen as a 5yr old, I just had a feeling i'd really love Adelaide.. not sure why, but a city that can put an "R"
in front of its name and simply become Rad by doing so, is pretty cool I think.  I hung out with some friends
and soaked up the sun and ambiance, and spent a day meeting a heap of lovely people to photograph their homes.

I really love photographing the spaces where people live.
The people I meet are fabulous and really inspire me.

Also, a lot of them own cats, so it's free cuddle town for me.  Love.

Arabian Bites :: Melbourne Commercial Photographer

It was a pleasure to work on this new business venture recently.

Arabian Bites

Mona was launching her new business and working with Meirav from Webby Web Design.

Budget was tight, but the dream would be realised

Arabian Bites

She needed some images for both the site and packaging/brochures/advertising.

Arabian Bites

The website was to be a dark tone and the imagery needed to match in and compliment the new branding by Blade.

Arabian Bites

Arabian Bites comes as ready-to-cook dough.
All the hard work is done for you.
Simply form into shapes (as small or large as you like) and fry or bake.

Arabian Bites

The result is fresh and tasty.
I must say, when rolling and prepping the dough, my hands smelled divine!

Congratulations Mona!

A New Café :: Melbourne Commercial Photography

I love the variety commerical work offers me.

This is a sneak peek at some food photography I did for a return client who is working on a new website for his café.

Probably the worst thing about food photography is all the beautiful fresh dishes served up to me - and then whisked
away to go cold and a new dish is presented.  It's fast work, and it's only when I return home to toast & wine
for dinner do I realise I should have ordered something to go ..

There's always next time I guess..

More images of the interior and signage to come once the new site is up.
Until, then, why not go out and support your local café ..

Enjoy!

Introducing Madame Wu.
100 Ormond Street, Elwood

Anyone that knows me knows Asian food is my weakness.

Madame Wu is a welcome and modern addition to the popular Elwood strip.
The staff are friendly and ambience is elegant and warm.

I was particularly taken with the handblown glass light pendants the owner/chef Tony told me he imported himself, with much delicacy.
It was obvious to me the restaurant has been launched with real passion and pride.
